If the patient does not show up or decides not to receive the treatment at the scheduled time, the payment is non-refundable.

If the patient wishes to reschedule and receive the treatment later the same day or the following days, during their stay (up to a maximum of 7 days), the treatment may be applied with an additional rescheduling fee of $50 USD.
